Barış Özcan's short animation introduces us to the 13th-century B.C. Hittite Queen Puduhepa, one of the first “Anatolian Superheroines." Özcan is a New York-based storyteller who has directed and produced documentary films that have aired on various television channels, including Turkish Radio and Television, Al Jazeera, and CNN-Türk. He is especially known for his YouTube channel that features short stories about art, design, and technology that have been watched by over 4.3 million viewers. In 2016, Özcan was selected by the video platform as one of six ambassadors for its initiative ‘Creators for Change’, a global program dedicated to amplifying the voices of role models who are tackling global issues and helping generate positive social change with their global fan base.
