This experimental documentary from Mevlut Karabulut highlights how Rumi's thought and works spread love, brotherhood and peace, and the lasting impact of these values on humanity. Through an engaging soundtrack and compelling imagery, Karabulut is able to wordlessly convey Rumi’s message of universal love.
Mevlüt Karabulut was born in Konya in 1994. Karabulut studied Media and Communications at Istanbul Ayvansaray University, and documentary and short film production at the Eyüp Film Academy and Akademi Beyoğlu. His film Wedding Night (Şeb I Arus) won the Best Documentary Film Award at the 2nd Rotary Peace Films Festival Best Documentary Film Award as well as Third Prize in the Documentary Film Category at the 3rd TAYF International Short Film Festival.
