Thibault Walthert aka Pater/Son is a Paris-based filmmaker who was born and raised in the French Alps. This director of commercials and music videos as well as documentaries holds a Masters’ Degree in Philosophy from the University of Grenoble. After starting his career as a filmmaker by making skateboarding films, in 2010, he founded his own production company, 2 heures 56 productions, with 2 friends. He now divides his time between Paris, Geneva and Los Angeles.

His movie "Waiting for Jean Paul" is selected for screening in Foça Film Days 2021.
