Doğan Aydoğan (b. 1984, Bursa) received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Department of Radio, Cinema and Television of Ege University’s Faculty of Communication. He began his academic career in 2009 after working for a number of years in the advertising sector, and he is currently a member of the Faculty of Communications and Public Relations at Karabük University. Through both his academic research and his work as a film director, Aydoğan explores topics such as migration, space and culture.

His movie "Tale of the Misty City" was selected for screening at Foça Film Days 2021.
